Data to Support Paper on Excited Rydberg States in TMD Heterostructures

This dataset contains reflectivity and resonance Raman spectroscopy data obtained on hBN encapsulated monolayers and heterostructures of MoSe2 and WSe2 at 4 K. This data underpins the paper with preliminary title: "Excited Rydberg States in TMD Heterostructures".
