Grid ROTI and dTEC data over east/southeast Asia sector during geomagnetic storm on November 4-6, 2023

The grid ROTI and dTEC data, calculated based on CMONOC and IGS, incorporating the relevant products provided by ISEE (https://stdb2.isee.nagoya-u.ac.jp/GPS/GPS-TEC/) and Ina-CORS (https://gatotkaca.brin.go.id/petaionosfer/ionosphericmap/). The resolution of ROTI data is 1˚x1˚x5min. The resolution of dTEC data is 0.5˚x0.5˚x2min. In addition to the data from November 4-6, data from February 26-28, 2023, and from February 15-17, 2016, is also provided. It is recommended to use Xarray in Python for reading data.
