The dataset presented here is supplemental material for our paper recently accepted for publication in Radiation Physics and Chemistry (J.L. Zhao, et al. http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.radphyschem.2017.01.039), entitled “Measurements of Lα, Lβ, Lγ and M X-ray production cross sections of Os, Ir and Pt by low-energy electron impact: Comparisons of experiment with theory”. The dataset includes our measured Lα, Lβ, Lγ and M X-ray production cross sections for Os (Z=76), Ir (Z=77) and Pt (Z=78) by electron impact at incident energies of 6-30 keV.
