Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Territory benefiting from LEADER 5th generation in Hautes-Pyrénées

Scope of Local Action Groups (LAGs) set up under the European Leader Programme (2014-2020) Leader is a measure of the Regulation on Rural Development (Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013). It is a European programme for rural areas that allows France to support 340 territories with a development strategy organised around a unifying theme. These territories have set up Local Action Groups (LAGs) whose operation is organised around participation in the decisions of a public/private partnership with a majority of private partners (representatives of socio-professional organisations, associations, companies). Leader V was set up for the period 2014-2020, following four generations of Community initiative programme (Leader l, Leader II, Leader+, Leader IV) whose aim is to open up new avenues for European interventions.
