Dataset and calculations for the field determination of the irradiance-corrected electrical temperature coefficient of a water-cooled PVT panel
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Field Determination of the Irradiance-Corrected Electrical Temperature Coefficient of a Water-Cooled Hybrid Photovoltaic–Thermal Panel”. The repository contains the experimental data and calculation files supporting the field determination and statistical assessment of the irradiance-corrected electrical power temperature coefficient of a commercial water-cooled PVT panel. Three outdoor steady-state measurement campaigns were conducted in Bacău, Romania, on 26 March, 30 April, and 21 May 2024, with ten steady-state observations retained from each campaign (30 observations in total). The repository includes the complete point-wise experimental dataset, the spreadsheet used for campaign-specific regressions and ANCOVA, the hourly PVGIS-SARAH3 solar-radiation and meteorological time series for 2023, and the spreadsheet used for the annual electrical energy-yield calculation. The campaign-specific irradiance-corrected electrical temperature coefficients were −0.660, −0.595, and −0.675 %/°C. ANCOVA showed no statistically significant difference among the campaign slopes (F(2,24) = 0.14, p = 0.87), supporting a pooled field-derived coefficient of γcorr = −0.64 ± 0.19 %/°C (95% confidence interval). Using the same 2023 hourly PVGIS-SARAH3 inputs, the annual electrical-energy estimates were approximately 362.8 kWh with the manufacturer-declared coefficient (−0.45 %/°C) and 356.3 kWh with the field-derived coefficient (−0.64 %/°C), corresponding to a difference of approximately 1.8%. A README file is included with a detailed description of the files, variables, calculation workflow, equations, and data provenance.
