The Steilshoop 5 Building Plan Act of 8 July 1969 (HmbGVBl. P. 153), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows:
1. The attached "Appendixes 1 and 2 to the Regulation
Amendment to the Steilshoop 5' Building Plan Act will be added to the Act.
2. Section 2, point 8 is replaced by the following:
8. In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail-order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally area-bearing articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, exhibit or store these items. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
