Dataset of Dynamic Strength training and Dynamic Endurance training

Here is the dataset for Numeric pain rating scale and Neck disability index for Dynamic strength training and dynamic endurance training groups in patients with mechanical neck pain before and after treatment. The objective was to compare effectiveness of two different exercise regimen in individuals with mechanical neck pain.
