Target sequencing of 9p21 region for 48 Japanese women with endometriosis. Homo sapiens

In order to assemble a comprehensive set of genetic variants on 9p21 region, 1.29 Mb interval encompassing two endometriosis-associated SNPs (rs10965235 and rs1537377) were sequenced for 48 Japanese women with endometriosis. The average depth was 186.6. As a result, 4,215 single nucleotide variants (SNVs) and 664 insertions and deletions (indels) were detected.
