Transcriptomic responses in the fungus Fusarium sp. associated to KSHB Euwallacea sp. near fornicatus. Fusarium sp. HFEW-16-IV-019

The Ambrosia Fusarium Clade groups phytopathogenic Fusarium species that have asymbiotic relationship with species of beetles Euwallacea spp. (Coleoptera:Curculionidae). Related species referred as Euwallacea sp. near fornicatus, have beenspread in California, USA and are recognized as the causal agents of Fusariumdieback, an invasive beetle-vectored disease that causes mortality of numerous plantspecies. Despite the importance of this fungi, no transcriptomic resources have beengenerated, so the datasets described here represent the first transcripts recordavailable for these species.
