Anti-retroviral drugs are being used for treating Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Due to emergence of drug resistant strains, there is a constant quest to discover more effective anti-HIV compounds. HIVprotI platform would be useful in virtual screening of inhibitors as well as designing of new molecules against the important HIV proteins for therapeutics development.抗逆转录病毒药物（anti-retroviral drugs）目前被用于人类免疫缺陷病毒（Human Immunodeficiency Virus, HIV）的治疗。由于耐药毒株的出现，学界始终在持续探寻更为高效的抗HIV化合物。HIVprotI平台可用于抑制剂的虚拟筛选，同时也能针对治疗药物开发所需的关键HIV蛋白，助力新型抗HIV分子的设计工作。
