Raw data for: Oil palm and rubber expansion facilitates earthworm invasion in Indonesia

The data on abundance, biomass and taxonomic matches (COI-based) of earthworms collected in years 2012-2017 in Jambi province Sumarta, Indonesia are given. Rainforest sites were compared with plantation systems. Two tables with data are provided. The first table contains data on abundance and biomass of eathworms in each sample. The second table contains the list of ssequeenced individuals with corresponding taxonomic matches. Basic metadata is given in the supplied word file. More details are provided in the linked paper.
