RNA-seq of Micro-Tom WT and semi dwarf mutant

In this study, we identify mutation of semi dwarf mutant with Micro-Tom WT by mapping-by-expression. Semi dwarf mutant shows a longer shoot internode compared to Micro-Tom WT. We propose that variation in the semi dwarf mutant could give breeders beneficial resources for indoor tomato.
