Transcriptional analysis of human keratoconus compared differentiated expression between normal and cone corneas. m6a modification plays an as yet unclear role in cone corneas, and here we aim to identify variations in m6a modification in cone corneas and the potential role it plays. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, normal cornea vs. keratoconus. Biological replicates: 5 control replicates, 5 keratoconus replicates. Please note that experiments were technically performed as dual channel (eg, Cy3 and Cy5-labeled samples hybridized to the same array) but processed the results as though they are single channel and raw data file is linked to the corresponding IP sample records.
