Elucidating miRNA associated with cisplatin resistance in head and neck cancer cells

To investigate the function of the three microRNAs involved in drug resistance in head and neck cancer, we transfected them into oral squamous cancer cell line, SAS. The phenotypes were analyzed and transcriptome of them were investigated. Three microRNAs (miR-210-3p, miR-629-3p and miR-874-3p) were transfected (25nM) into SAS cells that are head and neck cancer cells. And then, we extracted RNA and did microarray.
