SARS-CoV-2 RBD specific B cells were collected from a human blood donor who recovered previously from COVID-19 and received a COVID-19 vaccination. Samples from five time points (1x before and 4x after the vaccination) were hashtagged separately, pooled and and 10X Genomics 5' scRNA-seq was performed. The gene expression, the V(D)J as well as the surface barcodes for demultiplexing were sequenced using Illumina NovaSeq 2x 150bp sequencing.
