Cyrtotrachelus buqueti transcriptome sequencing

The purpose of this project is to explore the changes of gene expression level of male, female and larva of Cyrtotrachelus buqueti after stress response under high and low temperature conditions. Two high temperature conditions (42 centigrade and 50 centigrade), one low temperature condition (4 centigrade) and the control temperature (25 centigrade) were set. The male, female and larva were adapted to various temperature conditions for 1 hour, and then the muscle tissue of male and female and the intestinal tissue of larva were taken. All the sampling procedures were carried out under aseptic conditions. Three biological replicates were set for each treatment.
