TgSkp1 interactome from Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites were performed in 3 Biological Replicates, with 3 Technical Replicates each, by comparing Skp1-SF-TAP (FLAG epitope) tagged strain against parental, non-tagged strain in 4 genetic backgrounds (RHDD - WT, PHYaD - mutant background, GNT1D - mutant background, and PGTaD - mutant background).
