Legally protected biotopes (district of Göttingen)

Legal basis: Legally protected biotope § 30 BNatSchG and § 24 NAGBNatSchG. Protection intensity: relatively high. Legal protection according to § 30 BNatSchG for: 1. natural or near-nature areas of flowing and standing inland waters, including their shores and associated natural or natural vegetation, as well as their natural or near-natural landing areas, old arms and regularly flooded areas; 2. Bogs, swamps, ridges, Großseggenrieder, wet meadows rich in vine and bins, spring areas, inland saltworks, 3. open inland dunes, open natural boulders, debris and boulders, clay and loess walls, dwarf shrubs, ginster and juniper heaths, bristled grasslands, dry grassland, heavy metal grassland, forests and bushes of dry warm sites, 4. Break, swamp and floodplain forests, gorge, log heap and slope forests, subalpine larch and larch forests, 5. open rock formations, caves as well as near-natural tunnels, alpine lawns as well as snow valleys and crumb wood bushes, 6. Rock and cliff coasts, coastal dunes and beach ramparts, beach lakes, bodden waters with landfill areas, salt marshes and wadding areas in the coastal area, seagrass meadows and other marine macrophyte stocks, reefs, sublitoral sandbanks, slags with drilling soil megafauna as well as sprawling gravel, coarse sand and shills in the marine and coastal areas.
