Individual thermal stress survivorship measurements from 10 copepod populations from Coastal Northwest Atlantic Surface Waters from 2017-07-15 to 2018-07-26

<p>Detailed methods are presented in Sasaki &amp; Dam 2019 (DOI: 10.1111/gcb.14811). Copepods were collected from ten locations across the Northwest Atlantic (recorded in the Population column). Populations were maintained at the UConn Avery Point campus for three generations at 18oC, with a 12:12 light:dark cycle and a diet of Tetrasemis sp., Thalassiosira weissflogii, and Rhodomonas salina.</p>详细实验方法详见Sasaki与Dam于2019年发表的研究（DOI: 10.1111/gcb.14811）。桡足类（Copepods）样本采集自西北大西洋的十个采样点位，相关种群信息记录于数据集的Population（种群）列中。该实验种群于UConn埃弗里角校区，在18℃、12:12光暗周期的培养条件下传代饲养三代，投喂饵料包括四鞭藻属（Tetrasemis）未定种、威氏海链藻（Thalassiosira weissflogii）以及盐生红胞藻（Rhodomonas salina）。
