Using 21 low-rise residential archetypes from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, as representative cases, the assessment evaluated 23 MCAs through three major performance criteria: thermal transmittance (Uroof); energy use intensity reductions (EUI); and annual electric cost (EC).该数据集以印度奥里萨邦（Odisha）布巴内斯瓦尔（Bhubaneswar）的21种低层住宅原型（low-rise residential archetypes）作为典型研究案例，通过三大性能评判指标对23个MCAs开展评测，三大指标分别为屋顶热透射率（Uroof）、能源使用强度降幅（energy use intensity reductions, EUI）以及年度用电成本（annual electric cost, EC）。
