High throughput ITS sequencing of rice rhizospheric microbial diversity

To explore the incidence of rice blast of different rice varieties in different soil and the relationship between rice rhizosphere microbes and the incidence of rice blast. We used 'Guy11' to inject 'Japanica' and 'Acuce' which planted in 'Yuanyang terrace soil' and 'greenhouse soil' respectively. After the inoculation of 'Guy11' for one month , rice rhizosphere soil DNA were extracted, and high-throughput ITS sequencing method was used for rhizosphere soil DNA.
