Glycine max; Zea mays Raw sequence reads

By comparing the transcript results of Chenopodium ambrosioides L. volatile oil stress on the removal or retention of Zea mays L. and Glycine max (L.) Merr. root border cells, we hope to find out the allelopathic damage caused by C ambrosioides volatile oil on Z mays and G max root tips and the alleviative effect of Z mays and G max root border cells on the allelopathic stress of C ambrosioides volatile oil from the molecular level.
