Dataset for Updated Meta-analysis: Prone versus Supine Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) — 2015-2025 Review

This dataset accompanies the updated meta-analysis comparing prone versus supine percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) techniques, covering studies published between 2015 and 2025. It includes structured data extracted from eligible studies, such as demographic variables, stone burden, operative time, transfusion rate, success rate, and Clavien-Dindo complications. The dataset was compiled following PRISMA guidelines and screened independently by two reviewers. Quality assessments were performed using RoB 2 for RCTs and ROBINS-I for non-randomized studies.
