Raw sequencing reads for "Host traits and environmental variation shape gut microbiota diversity in wild threespine stickleback" - Fish guts sampled in 2020

Raw Illumina sequencing reads (MiSeq 600) of the V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene (515Fx806R). This data was used for analyzing bacterial community composition of guts from threespine stickleback fish (<i>Gasterosteus aculeatus</i>) as well as water samples from 20 lakes on Vancouver Island, Canada. This is supporting information for our manuscript titled: "Host traits and environmental variation shape gut microbiota diversity in wild threespine stickleback".
