Change Management through Strategic Leadership: The Mediating Effect of Knowledge Management Evidence from North-west Ethiopian Public Organizations

The study examines the relationship between change management, strategic leadership, and knowledge management in public organizations in northwest Ethiopia. It finds that strategic leadership significantly influences both change management and knowledge management. Furthermore, it suggests that knowledge management pys a mediating role in the impact of strategic leadership on the success of organizational change management.
