Id, breed (dachshund or beagle), nationality (Swedish or Danish), sex (0-femal, 1-male), MMVD_status (0-healthy, 1-affected), graded_MMVD_status (according to ACVIM guidelines: 0-A, 1-B1, 2-B2, 3-C), age (age at examination) and genotypes for the 10 candidate markers (NEBL 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, SORBS2, LPHN2, HDGFL1 and HTR1F) in the dachshunds and beagle used for within breed association analyses.
