Microbial community and metabolic processes in the proglacial sediment under changing climate in Tibetan Plateau

Proglacial lakes are always sensitive to climate change. The sediment of these lakes usually encapsulates crucial information on microbial community and metabolic processes. We systematically investigated the microbial community and metabolic processes along the littoral sediment of a representative proglacial lake in the Tibetan Plateau.
