Data set for quality of life and physical activity of adults within a regional workplace

This dataset includes de-identified online questionnaire responses by regional university workers collected in 2013.
This retrospective study explored the physical activity and sedentary behaviours (via IPAQ), and quality of life (via SF-36v2) in a professional skilled workplace where focussed interventions were lacking.
Comparisons between this cohort and an initial sample of similar participants (published in 2009) were examined to identify the natural progression of these variables in adult workers.

本数据集收录了2013年采集的、经去标识化处理的地区高校教职工线上问卷回复数据。本回顾性研究聚焦于缺乏针对性干预措施的专业技能型工作场所，通过国际体力活动问卷（IPAQ）评估人群的身体活动与久坐行为，采用SF-36v2健康调查量表测评其生活质量，对该场景下的相关情况展开探究。本研究将本次队列与2009年发表的同类参与者初始样本开展对比分析，以此明确成年劳动者上述指标的自然演变趋势。
