In this study, RNA-seq analysis of seeds at different developmental stages was carried out to explore the potential regulatory factors of seed hulls affecting seed germination of L. chinensis. Overall design: de-hulled and hulled seeds were soaked in sterile water for 12h and for normal germination. Subsequently, samples were collected at 0 day, 2 days and 7 days after germination, respectively. These samples were defined as DH_CK_0, DH_CK_2, DH_CK_7, H_CK_0, H_CK_2, and H_CK_7, respectively. Transcriptomic analyses were performed by Shanghai OE Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). All of the experiments contained three replicates. (The original data name of DH_CK_0 is H_CK_0;DH_CK_2 is H_CK_2;DH_CK_7 is H_CK_7;H_CK_0 is HP_CK_0;H_CK_2 is HP_CK_2;H_CK_7 is HP_CK_7)
