Spectroscopic studies of Leucine and Histidine with Carrageenan blends

Kappa, iota, and lambda carrageenan are combined with amino acids: Leucine and Histidine. It was a part of my study where I was experimenting with carrageenan with amino acids, ion-exchange resins, and self-blends.κ-角叉菜胶（kappa carrageenan）、ι-角叉菜胶（iota carrageenan）与λ-角叉菜胶（lambda carrageenan）分别与氨基酸亮氨酸（Leucine）和组氨酸（Histidine）进行复配。本数据集为该研究的一部分，此项研究围绕角叉菜胶与氨基酸、离子交换树脂及自共混体系开展相关实验。
