Intra-specific variation and detectability of iridescence in the dorsal coloration of Podarcis liolepis

Dataset with spectrophotometric data analysed in the manuscript "Intra-specific variation and detectability of iridescence in the dorsal coloration of Podarcis liolepis". It contains reflectance spectra for 87 Podarcis liolepis lizards captured from two localities (eb, lm) in eastern Iberia. To investigate angle-dependent reflectance properties, lizards were measured at three different viewing geometries (0º, 60, and 90º angle between incident light and observer). In addition, measurements at 60º and 90º were taken with two lizard orientations, first with the head closer to the emissive probe (ct) and then with the tail closer to the emissive probe (tc).
