Complete dataset in Cruz & Ananina et al. 2022 (Demographic history differences between Hispanics and Brazilians imprint haplotype features. G3)

The  dataset represents the combined individuals in binary pedigree (bed/bim/fam) format, as well as VCF, and transposed pedigree (TPED) formats. Data were otained through microarray genotyping (Affy 6.0 and 5.0) for Brazilian population, along with publicly available 1kG genome data, all merged to common high quality markers.
