This dataset shows the effect of extracts from raw (not thermally processed) and roasted (thermally processed) sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) seeds on several hemostasis parameters (blood platelet activation, including aggregation and adhesion, thrombus formation under flow conditions, arachidonic acid metabolism in activated blood platelets, and COX-1 activity) and oxidative stress markers (total antioxidant status of plasma and free 8-isoprostane level).
