Metabolic rate and organ measurements of Nile perch reared under different temperatures

Metabolic rate (SMR, MMR, AS), critical thermal maximum (CTmax), and organ (liver, heart, gill, brain) measurements of Nile perch (Lates niloticus) reared under two temperature regimes (average and warm) and then acutely exposed to a range of temperatures in the laboratory.本数据集涵盖了尼罗河尖吻鲈（Lates niloticus）的三类测量数据：其一为代谢率指标，包括标准代谢率（Standard Metabolic Rate, SMR）、最大代谢率（Maximum Metabolic Rate, MMR）与活动代谢率（Active Metabolic Rate, AS）；其二为临界热最大值（Critical Thermal Maximum, CTmax）；其三为肝脏、心脏、鳃、脑等器官的测量数据。所有受试个体均先在两种温度饲养方案（常温组与加温组）下饲养，随后在实验室环境中被急性暴露于一系列温度梯度中。
