Male and Female resequencing of 7 Mammals and Chicken

In this project we resequenced 1 male and 1 female genome of gorilla, orangutan, marmoset, rat, elephant, opossum, wallaby and chicken, to assess the Y (W)-linked nature of contigs reconstructed based on RNA-seq data.本研究中，我们对大猩猩、红毛猩猩、狨猴、大鼠、大象、负鼠、沙袋鼠以及家鸡各1份雄性和1份雌性基因组进行了重测序，以此评估基于RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据重构得到的重叠群（contig）的Y（W）连锁特性。
