This dataset contains sea surface temperature (SST) data produced as part of the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) Pathfinder SST Project, created using Version 5.2 of the Pathfinder algorithm and the dataset. Multi-day composites and composites of day and night datasets were generated by the Environmental Research Division (NOAA/NMFS/SWFSC/ERD).
