This repository contains the count matrix from bulk RNA sequencing (RNAseq) of human urine-derived renal epithelial cells (hURECs) from a Fabry disease patient, with counts provided in log-counts per million (lcpm) format. The dataset supports a study demonstrating the utility of hURECs as a non-invasive platform for assessing renal involvement in Fabry disease and monitoring treatment response. RNAseq analysis identified transcriptomic signatures reflecting disease-related dysregulation in lipid metabolism, ion transport, ER stress, and collagen processing. These data contribute to understanding molecular changes in Fabry disease and evaluating therapeutic interventions.
