资源简介:
To investigate the role of BuGZ in metabolic regulation under nutrient stress, RNA-seq analysis was performed on the abdomens of fat body-specific BuGZ-overexpressing and control Drosophila after 24 hours of starvation. This approach aimed to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways potentially regulated by BuGZ in response to energy deprivation, providing insights into its function in lipid metabolism and stress adaptation. Overall design: Fat body-specific BuGZ-overexpressing and control Drosophila were generated using the UAS-Gal4 system. Adult female flies were starved for 24 hours on water-soaked filter paper. Abdomens were dissected post-starvation, and total RNA was extracted for RNA-seq to assess transcriptional changes associated with BuGZ overexpression under nutrient stress.
