Harbour Seal 3D Model

On July 3, 2023, a handheld LiDAR device (iPhone running Scaniverse) was used to collect 3D scans of a Harbour Seal (Phoca vitulina). These scans were conducted during a necropsy. The handheld LiDAR allowed us to capture highly detailed and accurate morphological data of the harbour seal before and after the necropsy commenced.2023年7月3日，研究人员使用运行Scaniverse软件的iPhone作为手持激光雷达（LiDAR）设备，在斑海豹（Phoca vitulina）的尸检过程中采集了三维扫描数据。该手持激光雷达可获取该斑海豹在尸检启动前后的高精度、高准确度形态学数据。
