MRBAYES ANALYSIS FILE USED FOR http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1055790314001997 I did not upload the phylogeny resulting from the reanalyses because I believe there are fundamental flaws in the analysis methods used below and I do not want to mislead researchers as to relationships within the group. This analysis was ONLY an attempt to replicate the analyses of Yang et al following the methodology used in their paper, NOT an attempt to produce an accurate melanogaster group phylogeny. This upload is for OPEN DATA ONLY.
