Input data required for the "PacificPlantInvaders - NicheAnalysis" workflow

These data are required as initial input for the workflow in the PacificPlantInvaders - NicheAnalysis repository (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14731968). We provide them here, to enable an easier recreation of that workflow, without the necessity to first run the code in the StatusAssignment repository (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14732284), which is requried to obtain the "occ_status_resolved" data. As the file name indicates, the data set contains georeferenced occurrence points, that were matched with a biogeographic status that indicates whether the respective species is considered native or non-native in each location. We used several sources to obtain the status information, which sometimes provided conflicting information, which had to be resolved. Please refer to the README files of the StatusAssignment repository for a more detailed description of this process. Note: the file is saved in the .RData format due to the large size of the file and to guarantee that the file immediately works with the existing code.
