RNA sequencing of gingival tissue from patients with different grades of periodontal disease

This project investigates gene expression profiles in gingival tissue samples from patients with periodontal disease using RNA sequencing. Samples include different disease grades to identify molecular mechanisms associated with disease progression. Transcriptomic analysis was performed to compare gene expression patterns between periodontal disease severity groups.
