Effect of anti PD medications on the small-intestinal microbial composition in rat

The microbiome composition between Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients and healthy control (HC) subjects is different. Little is known about the effect of anti-PD treatment on the microbiome composition. Here we investigated the effect of anti-PD medications on the small-intestinal microbiome composition in wild type Groningen (WTG) rats.
