First, this dataset includes annual-scale ice core oxygen isotope and accumulation records from 1900 to 2011, which respectively reflect the air temperature and precipitation changes in the study area. Second, during data analysis, the δ18O of ice core samples was first measured using a PICARRO instrument, and the ice core was dated based on the seasonal variation characteristics of δ18O; the ice core accumulation was calculated and generated based on ice core density, annual ice core length, combined with a glacier flow model. Third, professional experimentalists and frontline researchers operate and maintain the instruments to ensure the reliability of the analyzed data. Fourth, this dataset can be used to analyze the climate and environmental change patterns in the typical westerly region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau over the past century, as well as to explore glacier evolution during this period, providing scientific references for predicting future glacier evolution, changes in hydrology and water resources, and their impacts on human activities.
