NetVotes 2017 - iKnow’17

Each file corresponds to a domian (such as Agriculture, Economy, etc.) and contains corresponding vote identifiers and their "itsyourparliament.eu" links.<br> |__meps: There 870 Member of Parliament (MEP) files. Each file contains the MEP information (such as name, country, address, etc.)<br> |__votes: There are 7513 vote files. Each file contains the votes expressed by MEPs<br><br><br><br>The 'networks' folder contains a graphml file for each year-based instances. This file is used to load the corresponding graph object in 'igraph'.<br>The 'partitions' folder contains several partition files based on the grpah files located in 'networks'.
