Satisfaction survey of people treated and their families at the Cognitive Impairment Prevention Center (CPDC)

The Cognitive Impairment Prevention Center of Madrid Salud serves elderly people with probable cognitive impairment and their families. It is a pioneering center in Spain in the evaluation and training of memory and other cognitive functions, both in their face-to-face attention and in the creation of evidence-based cognitive stimulation methodologies. Satisfaction surveys are carried out with the services provided to the people who come to it in individual, group attention and in the colloquium talks, with the aim of continuous improvement. Through the analysis of the responses, the commitments of the Service Charter of the Centre for the Prevention of Cognitive Impairment are monitored .
