Regulation of pupil size in natural vision across the human lifespan – Supporting materials: Pre-processed data and laboratory log

The <b>merged_data_incl</b><b>.csv </b>&amp;<b> </b><b>merged_data_incl.rda</b> files contain the pre-processed data (cleaned, corrected, quality checked and categorized) from the n=83 included participants in <i>csv </i>and <i>r</i><i>da (R data) format</i>, respectively. Note that in <i>rda </i>format the data classes are retained when loading the data into R, whereas in <i>csv </i>format they are not. The datasets comprise the data collected during the experiments and the data from the redcap survey, including demographic information and health status from the screening. This data correspond to the <b>merged_data_incl</b> dataframe, generated in the <b>30_datamerge.R </b>code (see folder <i>03_datamerge</i>) and uploaded in the GitHub code repository. The Code repository was published together with this FigShare repository and research article in the Royal Society Open Science journal. Please note that the complete and executable R code and data from before pre-processing are available here (https://github.com/tscnlab/LazarEtAl_RSocOpenSci_2024)<b>lablog_RSOS-191613.xlsx </b>contains the laboratory log file comprising metadata for all invited participants (<i>SP001</i>-<i>SP113</i>).
