To characterize the cellular composition of the lung tissues of OP patient, we collected lung samples for scRNA-seq from one patient with OP, one healthy control Overall design: single-cell suspensions were produced and libraries were prepared according to the manufacturer’s protocol (10x Genomics, CG000086_RevM). After quality checks, single-cell RNA-seq libraries were pooled and sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000 instrument.
