Differenatiation of ceRNA (circRNA, lncRNA and mRNA) expression in PBMCs (peripheral blood mononuclear cells)

To determine ceRNA transcribed during the PBMCs, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify ceRNA expression in PBMCs donated by T1DM (type 1 diabetes mellitus) patients and healthy volunteers. The changed ceRNA expression in human PBMCs normal (Ctrl) or T1DM patients, respectively. Four persons in each group (Normal, T1DM).
