The samples studied in this dataset are of MoS<sub style="color:black;">2</sub>, WS<sub style="color:black;">2</sub>, and the Mo<sub style="color:black;">0.6</sub>W<sub style="color:black;">0.4</sub>S<sub style="color:black;">2</sub> alloy. Transient absorption measurements are performed on these multilayered compounds. By varying the pump photon energies and pump photon fluences, we studied the generation and relaxation dynamics of the photogenerated charges and/or excitons. To understand the spectral dynamics in detail, fits are made to the obtained signal. The signal is probed in the visible region and the data set contains the relevant files.
本数据集所研究的样品为二硫化钼(MoS₂)、二硫化钨(WS₂)以及二硫化钼钨合金(Mo₀.₆W₀.₄S₂)。针对上述多层化合物开展了瞬态吸收测量。通过调控泵浦光子能量与泵浦光子注量,本研究探究了光生载流子与(或)激子的产生及弛豫动力学过程。为深入解析光谱动力学特征,研究人员对获取的实验信号进行了拟合处理。该信号在可见光波段完成探测,本数据集包含相关实验文件。
